Is my pet put in a cage?

Nope! 

We are a cage-free facility however we are not free-roam.

We never allow the pets to interact with each other unless they belong to the same family.

 

We have open top suites for your pup to wait for pickup where they are easily supervised by our team.

How long will my pet be there?

We are fully appointment based, meaning your pet will only be here for the amount of time it takes to complete their services straight through.

Each pet has their own appointment allotment of time with their stylist making us one-on-one.

Your pet's appointment length can vary based on their size and booked services. Your stylist will give you an estimate upon your appointment.

Do you accept pets on sedatives?

We do! 

Pets requiring veterinary prescribed sedatives are approved case by case and will be required to provide documentation of the medication prescribed.

Please speak to our management for further information.

Can I leave gratuity for the stylist?

Of course!

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.

Our stylists accept Venmo or Cash.

Unfortunately we do not accept tips on credit card.

We apologize for any inconvenience!

What payment is accepted for services?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash

Please note credit/debit transaction incur a 3.5% processing fee.

We do not accept checks for payment
