Vaccines Required
Per NJ State law, for the safety of our team and clients, we require documentation of your pet's rabies vaccine if they are over 6 months old.
Exemption letters are accepted for senior pets with proper veterinary documentation.
Puppies 12 weeks up to 6 months must have documentation of all "puppy shots" completed.
Without proper documentation we will not be able to service your pet
Cancellation & Late Policy
We require 24 hours notification if you are unable to keep your pet's appointment.
A courtesy reminder text is sent in advance from our booking system for confirmation.
No- Show's will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to rebook.
To maintain our one-on-one environment, and the quality of service we pride ourselves in, we are unable to accommodate guests past 10 minutes tardy for their full service.
15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in a no-show placed on your account.
In the event you are unable to make your appointment time, we ask that you contact us.

Recent Surgical Procedure?
For the safety of your pet, we are unable to provide services for minimum of 14 days after any surgical procedure.
This may include (but is not limited to) procedures such as; spay or neuter, skin tag or wart removal, dental cleaning under anesthesia, ACL surgery or other leg surgeries, anal gland surgeries, etc.
Please note a letter of clearance from your veterinarian may be required
